William G. Austin, Ph.D.

William G. Austin, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado and North Carolina, and was the co-chair of the task force that created the AFCC Model Standards for Child Custody Practice. Dr. Austin specializes in child custody evaluation and consultation, with a particular focus on custody disputes involving relocation and intimate partner violence, and has developed forensic models for evaluators and courts in these cases.

Arnold T. Shienvold, Ph.D.

Arnold T. Shienvold, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania, is the founding partner of Riegler, Schienvold & Associates, and is a past-president of AFCC. He specializes in dealing with high-conflict families, and is a member of the American Psychological Association and a fellow of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. He was also a member of the task force that created the AFCC Model Standards for Child Custody Practice.
